Things to consider when looking at handmade leather items.
Designing it, drawing it. Tracing it onto the leather, carving it, beveling ,stamping, painting, dying it, top coating it. Wet forming or molding, lining the inside, hand sewing it, burnishing the edges. These are all parts of my process of creating quality leather goods. As with most leather items, keeping it out of the water is advised.
